Can I drink onboard?

Yes, passengers over the legal drinking age are permitted to drink while traveling in our vehicles.

Do you offer refunds?

To lock in your reservation , we ask for a non-refundable deposit of $250 at the time of booking. The full payment is due no later than 5 days before your ride begins. If you need to cancel after the full payment deadline, don’t worry—check our terms and conditions for pro-rated reimbursement options. Please note, cancellations within 24 hours will mean forfeiting both the deposit and full payment.

Will the driver make an unplanned stop?

We do want to help you make your journey amazing however our booking scheduling system means that unplanned stops aren't guaranteed. Drivers are often happy to accommodate last-minute reasonable requests. HOWEVER just keep in mind, if changes to your itinerary go beyond rental time, an additional hourly rate will apply for any extra time.

What can I bring onboard?

Feel free to bring your favorite food, drinks, and snacks on board! Just a heads up – alcoholic beverages are welcome for groups with all passengers over 21. You can also bring along decorations and party favors to make the experience even more special! Just remember, any excessive clean-up fees will be the host's responsibility.

What is provided in a "Standard" rental?
